Anonymous Donor Rents Ski Resort For Free-of-Charge Use by Children’s Hospital

An anonymous donor is reported to have rented out a small ski area in the US state of Maine so that people associated with a children’s hospital could enjoy a free-of-charge day on the slopes.
One hundred and thirty-nine patients, families, and medical staff from the hospital signed up for the day of free snowboarding and skiing at Black Mountain ski area on Wednesday, 9th March.
It’s the third successive year that the anonymous donor has funded the ski day at the resort for children, their parents and staff at Barbara Bush Children’s Hospital.
