Return of London Ski Show Postponed to 2023

The London ski show which had been due to return after a three year gap this autumn, has been postponed to 2023, the organisers The Smart Group have announced.

“We deeply regret not being able to deliver the London Ski & Snowboard Festival this year as planned. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are now preparing for a major venue launch and in order to continue executing at a high standard we require our full team to bring the project to life. We are thrilled another partner is as excited as we were to begin working on the London Ski & Snowboard Festival 2023.” said a Smart Group representative.

The Smart Group had been actively promoting the return of the show over the past six months, starting with a preview event at the end of last year (above) and announced new exhibitors and a busy programme as recently as last week.

The London Ski show was previously run by the Telegraph Group but they had already announced they were pulling out of running it before the pandemic broke in early 2020.

A return of the Festival planned for last autumn had been postponed to this autumn, the show that has itself now been postponed again.

Another ski show was successfully staged at the NEC in Birmingham last October, however, after an almost decade-long break at that venue, it is still due to return this autumn.

The National Snow Show, run by Racoon Events, will take place on October 15th and 16th this autumn, ahead of the 22-23 season start.
